Since 1984, William Ward has worked as an attorney at his private practice in La Jolla, successfully representing his clients in construction law cases ranging from mechanic's lien and stop notices to construction claims.
Mr. Ward has received several awards and recognitions during his career, including the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and one of San Diego County's Top Lawyers in Construction Law by the San Diego Magazine. Aside from his attorney career, Mr. Ward authored a Pocket Guide for Contractors to help contractors protect their rights and secure payment for their construction projects. Furthermore, he has been a guest lecturer on civil litigation at the University of California, San Diego.
